The device is great and works without any issues. Just a simple PnP. The only complaint I have is the remote; not only is it small, but it likes to stop working at random. Open the back, remove the battery, replace the same battery, and it will work again. Annoying really. The remote is so small, it gets lost a lot quicker than the big remotes most are use to now days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought the stick rather than a Roku 2 or 3 due to cost. It usually works well; however, it seems to need resetting from time to time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a lot of trouble getting product to work, kept freezing.
Have to take battery out of remote and put back in each time we watch Netflix. I think Roku could make a better remote.
