I returned it within a week. The remote did not work and the system was very slow.

Way too hard to set up!

Love the content, but there is always a problem to set up. My first Roku took several hours with your chat room; I finally bought a second one for another house, and cannot set it up. There is a problem, and I have not had the heart to solve it. it takes too many hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a Roku a few weeks ago. Within a week, my satellite DVR went out...Roku was a lifesaver!!
