I bought this to use instead of cable and love it. Very easy to set up and use with plenty of installed apps.

remote is touchy and annoying

its ok. I like content and UI but the remote overshoots the pointer location every single time to the point of annoyance. mine must be defective

I thought the Roku stick worked good. It was very user friendly and smooth. The remote got hung up sometimes though and we had to remove the batteries and put them back in. Ultimately we returned though because we bought a Smart TV and didnt need it. We would have kept it though.

Could be better

The stick and the controller are continuously getting out of sync and have to be reset. That is quite frustrating. When they are synced together ir t does good but to continuously have to reset them is aggravating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did a lot of research & review reading on all streaming options & chose Roku stick.. So easy to install, set up & use! Customer service was great when I needed to reboot the control. Highly recommend this plus it travels well too, Roku to go!
