I purchased this at Best Buy. For my needs the stick was a perfect choice. The first one stopped working with two weeks and they gladly gave me a new one. That has been perfect ever since. Simple to set up and use.

I have several Rokus and purchased the stick as an experiment. It's so good I bought another. The only minor problem is related to the remote, which occasionally doesn't link with the stick. Removing and reinserting one of the batteries usually fixes the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great addition to regular TV

Customer service is amazing. Its really good that you have so many options. My Roku takes time loading shows and turns off during movies to reload. I could be my location, however it think its a good alternate investment compared to cable.
