My Roku hand control does not work.

The control does not work and have tried in different TV's but does not.

problems streaming

At least 75% of the time, the streaming device will reach 25% and then stop. If I unplug the stick and plug it back in, it usually works, but not always. Also, cannot watch Netflix on TV and laptop at the same time. Not sure what the problem is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great channels, but still software glitches

First, I do love this device. It is small! It has amazon prime, Netflix, and YouTube which is why I got it. It has tons of other channels and there is plenty to watch.
Mild annoyance - I do wish it didn't need to be plugged in and just got its power from the TV directly.
Recent frustration - they always want to update the background of the home screen and ever since mothers day, the roku will randomly stop mid program and reset like it's rebooting. It takes about 5 minutes and sometimes you have to reconfigure everything which is 10 minutes. Right now it's usually twice an evening, so it's getting very annoying. I wish they would make a patch or even a newer device, because I love this device otherwise.
