Does not stay connected to internet server.

I purchased the ROKU a month and a half ago but, I have not been able to keep it connected to my internet. On two occasions --I have had to call the Internet Provider to reset the ROKU. Inconvenient. Currently, my ROKU is not working properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy access to JW.Org

Only had it a short time but really enjoyed being able to access JW.Org. We have had several people in to view it with us. Everyone enjoyed it and appreciated being able to see the program on a big screen.

Avoid the Stick - go with Roku 3

Bought the stick in January and it worked great for about 2 months. Then I didn't use for a while and moved to another TV- it wouldn't stay connected to Internet. Tried again the next day and it worked fine. Then starts the dropping from the internet again. Nothing else has a problem staying connected - including my Roku 3 so has to be the stick. Very disappointed I wasted my money on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm loving this newer model!! It was really easy to connect, and super user friendly. Also works with HBO Go!

Trouble with the remote

My daughter bought this Roku as a gift. The remote control does not work properly. It works for a short time, then the batteries are drained. I downloaded the Roku app to my cell phone and I am able to control functions ok. However, the remote was part of her purchase price, so I feel it should have worked also.
