I own a Roku 3, this product has worked flawlessly and I would highly recommend it. I purchased the Roku streaming stick thinking it would be nice to use on both my tv and laptop. The product has worked only marginally. I do not think it perform as presented. I should have returned and upgraded to a roku 3.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the stick 3 months ago and am very pleased with it. It has a large variety of entertainment, News, movies, and Christian apps.

Had my roku stick for about 1 month. We dropped satellite channel package to bare minimum and complement with netflix, hulu, etc. Got the roku device for a second tv. Have to reset it each time I'm ready to stream. Gave up trying to keep the remote working. Just put the remote app on my iphone and it is perfect!

This little stick can be wonderful and it can 'stick' and not operate. Frustrating at times. Changed batteries, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
