Big Roku fan, but go for Roku 3

I'm a big fan and have a few Roku 3s in the house. Bought a streaming stick for a smaller room, and while it gets the job done, I prefer Roku 3. The streaming stick is a bit sluggish by comparison, and sometimes loses connection to the remote. Also, wifi turns out not to be so good in that part of the house, and I do have a wired connection there, so Roku 3 would have been better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remote doesnt work

The roku itself works great as long as you use the phone app. However, some if my family members don't have this ability, do the remote is important. An online search shows this to be a known issue. Disappointing that the remote didn't even last a month...

I recently purchased a new LG TV without Smart Features and added a Roku stick . Set up was very easy , WIFI connection is smooth , no glitches . I highly recommend .

Not as good as my roku box

I have had this several months and while I do like it for the most part my roku box is MUCH more reliable. The stick is very slow to move and load shows and hard to reach with the remote. Also it constantly gets "stuck" and we have to unplug and replug to start it all over again. This happens at least every couple of days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
