My blu ray player was outdated and instead of getting a whole new one (it still plays blurays and dvds) my husband and i decided on the roku stick... Good price, small, works great, lots of features. An overall awesome item!!

Great Streaming Player!

I love my Roku! It allowed me to drop cable to save money and also select the shows I want to watch. Set up is very easy. There is a variety of TV shows, movies and music and I haven't had any problems with streaming content.

We purchased a Smart TV several years ago and some of the selections were no longer offered, so we bought the Roku to enable access to those channels. However, now that we are using Roku, we have a fantastic greatly expanded choice way beyond what was ever available with the TV alone.

Easy setup

Setup was a breeze. It walked you through everything. All you need to do is plug it in, hook it to your hdmi port. Roku will find your wifi, so just put in your password and your ready. If you use Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix just enter the e-mail address you use and password, and your streaming. I have Roku in my exercise room and Amazon Fire Stick in my bedroom. Both stream my favorites well, I just like the Roku better.
