We subscribe to Acorn TV where we can watch lots of stuff from the UK and Roku allows this to happen but we can also watch other things with it. In fact, we have two of these as we like it so much.

Easy application

We are as the term goes challenged with anything to do with electronics and purchased another device first, well after 4 hours of trying to get it to do its job, my husband returned it and purchased the Roku. It was as simple as plug it in...for a few dollars more and no aggreviation we were up and running. I would certainly have chosen Roku first had I known the ease of Roku.

This product ranks as one of the best purchases I've made. This is a 10 star rating in my book. Fool proof set up. Very user friendly & unbelievable content choices. It's very mind boggling that this little stick is a complete streaming device. The only regret I have is not purchasing this earlier. Thank you Roku!

WIFI Remote Inconsistencies

I'm a big fan of Roku products, but the WIFI functional remote has put a damper on my experience this time around. The remote is constantly disconnecting from the device/network - forcing me to use the Roku remote app on my phone (which is the only thing holding me back from returning it and switching to a different device). Tech support offered a solution (which I have yet to attempt), but it seems like something that ought to be working flawlessly right out of the box.
