The Stick is a good product, easy to use and no issues with this one, I had to tgake other one back due to faulty remote. I would recommend this product.

Slow...major apps don't work

I got this with my SlingTV subscription. Takes forever to start up..Netflix hangs often and doesn't even work many days

I like the stick but not as much as ROKU 2

My stick was a gift and works great but I miss the remote ear piece of the ROKU 2

Remote refused to work after 5 days

Not sure about other Roku devices, however I would not recommend the Stick. I was mostly interested in the Asian channels which were available on older Roku devices but were not on the Stick. Additionally the remote stopped working after 5 days of light use, despite several resets and restarts the remote just did not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Remote

I bought this a month ago and I guess it serves its purpose but the remote often stops working so I had to download an app to use my device. Or I have to take out the batteries and switch them around, then it works... I don't like the format of all the channels like Netflix and Hulu, but I think they're the same as most streaming devices. I used to have an AppleTV and that was much better.

...I realized you can stream only Hulu Plus, NOT Hulu. I'm still very thrilled to be able to stream stuff, but had I known it didn't solve ALL my problems I would not have bought it.
