Slower then my Roku 2

I purchased this begrudgingly because my Roku 2 finally died. Love the picture quality. Hate the slow or laggy response from the unit

I love everything about the roku. They automatically bill my checking account each month without a problem. However when I try to add a channel I get a message my they cant authorize the purchase. Only reason why not 5 stars.

Purchased 10 months ago and not a worry or problem. Travels easily if I am up in the mountains at a friends... anywhere. can't go wrong for the cost to value...

Bought my Roku a month ago and still can't get it to work....i've tried everything and then some....i know it's a great product but I just can't seem to get it going....wish I could...
