remote has problems, and reboots at 3am every day.

besides the title problems, it's a great stick.. though, for what i paid, i can get an amazon fire tv stick and a footlong sub at subway. maybe next time...

Poorly designed

I bought this over a month ago. Its greatest flaw is that it is reliant on a solid wifi connection for everything. The remote rarely works the way it should. It burns batteries and needs to be reset quite often. The workaround is the smartphone app, but that connection is spotty at best.
I wish it had a regular IR remote, but since it needs to be plugged straight into the back of the tv, this will never work. Poor design. Flawed execution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems with the remote

Every time I use this remote it either hangs up and keeps changing the channels or quits responding all together and I have to take the batteries out and put them back in.

Not much i want to watch

Since we don't have cable or satellite tv not much available to eatcvh, especially for free. It was a gift. I do really like being able to watch The Blaze on the tv instead of my iPod..
