Everything nice but Hulu

My family are cord cutters and have lived a Roku LT for the last few years. Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu Plus are all we watch. Until recently that is. Hulu became basically unwatchable on the LT. So, I bought a stick thinking maybe my hard ward was failing. Nope. It seems Roku is failing. I have maybe a 50/50 chance of a Hulu show playing. Half the time the app crashes, the whole Roku crashes, or it just times out.
I've gone from a Roku fan and recommender to showing for another solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had mine a little over a year when lightening struck the cable bow which burned out/melted everything connected. All digital televisions were completely fried also the one with the attached Roku Stick. I contacted Roku customer service and explained what had happened and even though the year was up by a few days, it was replaced promptly. Never has this happened before with a company; I was very impressed and will continue to refer anyone that asks about Roku. Customer service could not have been nicer!

Easy to use

I bought the Roku about 3 months ago. It works great and the best part you just plug it in and it works. No problem and I normally just watch Netflix, but there is a wide range of shows to,watch. Great for kids too.

I purchased the stick after my Roku 3 because I wanted something a little more portable than my Roku 3 (which I love as well) so I purchased the Roku Streaming Stick. It works flawlessly and is a perfect addition to my home TV viewing experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a TV streaming product at a great price!

Love the result but remote could be better

Really love this gadget. Got it as a gift and use it often. Only problem is the remote doesn't always work right.
