Erratic Remote

There seems to be some glitches with the usability of the remote, quite often , there is no response, other occasions , pressing a button a couple or three times results in rapidly scrolling through menus without any control. Removing the batteries and returning the batteries in the remote can cause it to re-synchronize, subsequently functionality improves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought the the Roku Stick for my Mom, because I knew she would love it, and she does!! It's easy to work and all the apps are right at her fingertips!! My Mom is so much happier now that she can watch her movies and Fox News anytime she wants!! I am happier, because I don't have to hear my Mom complaining about the other devices being so difficult to operate. Happy, Happy are we!!!

I just love it. I have 3 in use. I've got to say it was so simple to set up and use. I am a senior and find a lot of new technology confusing, but my Roku was simple. For once manufactures realize not everyone is 16 years old. Thanks so much!
