I have owned a roku 2 HD for years and I love it. It's amazing and convenient and I recommend almost everything Roku makes. ALMOST. The roku streaming stick is very very slow and you're going to be very frustrated while using it. Buy any other roku product than this one, it is their one hiccup.

I don't not recommend getting the streaming stick. it doesn't work, it won't bring up my Netflix which is the whole reason I got it. I went with the stick because it was slim, didn't take up any room, and there wasn't a box sitting for everyone to see.

I bought the Roku stick and it is only maybe 20 ft. from router and it won't stay connected!

Inconsistent Performance

I love the two Roku I boxes that I own, but I needed something less conspicuous, so I purchased a Roku Stick. However, it frequently does not respond to the remote. I am not sure why, but I think two factors are in play: 1. my flat screen required a vertical plug-in of the stick and it loosens easily and/or 2. the cord from the stick to the power is too short and may loosen the connection.
