Doesn't work more often than works

I have 2 Roku's - Often they will just quit working even though the signal strength is "excellent" - my movies will stop playing and I'll have to go back to the menu and resume to get them going again. Roku says it's Comcast and Comcast says it's Roku - I have no idea. If I had to do over again - I would only have 1 Roku and I'd also have an alternate product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutlely love all of my roku's. With all of the features and channels all of my entertainment needs are met. I'm an avid user of Plex & Netflix. With TWC channel I no longer need any cable boxes in my house and can save money on my cable bill.
