I was having trouble streaming Netflix and Hulu on my wii player. I thought it was the internet connection, but since I have been using the Roku stick, I've had no problems. It works perfectly and looks nice too. I like that the stick goes directly into the back of the tv, doesn't take up any room and don't have another box taking up space. It also connect with a USB cord, so it is powered by the tv, don't need and extra outlet for it. Very happy.

Broaden TV Channels

Roku gives you a new variety of TV watching that is not under most satellite or cable basic channel subscription. Though many channels on Roku are subscription (pay) channels, some are free. The system is user friendly.

Not A Good Purchase.

I brought the Roku Stick one month ago and I had problems with it taking long periods of buffering. I had to return it to the store.
I would recommend the Roku 2 or Roku 3 players.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is just right for the bedroom. i didnt have to make a place for it and it was simple to use.now my little girl wants one.

Can't stream apps

Only nextflix and lifetime will stream. And life time generally looks bad when I can get it going. I am unable to stream content on all other apps.

Over a month now since I bought this and I've canceled cable and I'm just using this. Love it. Lots of choices, Easy set up.
