A tech at the Time Warner Cable store recommend roku to me, I had never heard of it before. I'm glad that he did too ! Roku is very simple to use and install. We always find a wide variety of movies and love the live news that streams. I've never had issues with the streaming service either. I highly recommend the roku.

Love my ROKU!

I bought this about two weeks ago and love it! It has so many services available. We used it to cut the cable cord. Only wish some of the services like SYFY had actual episodes to view.

Love my Roku, it's a great alternative to a smart tv and what's best is that you can move it around the house from TV to TV. Only negative is the remote is a piece of garbage! I prefer to use the Roku remote app on my iPhone. Also, needs more major network apps.

My wife is the 1 who gets the most use of the stick & I've heard no complaints. I'm mostly writing this review in hopes that the incessant e-mails from Roku requesting a review will stop.

I wish the remote worked properly

I bought this and within a month the remote stopped working, changed batteries and still not working. Cheaply made.
Fortunately I can use my iPad as a remote. I wish I got a better model.

Not feeling it!

We bought the streaming stick 2 months ago. The remote doesnt want to work. We switched the batteries thinking that was the problem, but after a few minutes, the remote doesnt want to work. We took it back to the store, and got a new one.. thinking there was a defect. Well guess what??!! It happened with the new one as well. I think I am going to buy a different brand.
