Works when it wants to

I bought this about two months ago and have used it almost daily to stream Netflix, it works great at times. Other times it can't connect to wifi or Netflix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple and good

I bought the streaming stick about a month ago and i use it almost every time I watch TV. It is simple and easy to use and has all the main channels/apps you could think of or want. The only set back that it has had for me is the remote occasionally. I don't know if it is the remote or the stick but it doesn't usually recognize when I am touching a button when I turn it on, it takes a minute for either the remote to turn on or the stick to recognize it, this may not happen with all of them possibly only mine. The picture definition is also only in 720 pi which is not a big deal. It is still in HD and great picture quality, but I prefer 1080 pi.Overall though a great product and definitely worth the buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It would be nice if there was even a very basic browser on it so you could sign in to wifi hotspots.

Complicated

My wife and I purchased this product with the hope of eliminating cable television. The Roku stick is complicated and expensive. We added up the amount that would be changed against our credit card and the amount we pay for cable, it was about the same. Therefore, we return the product.

Easy to hook up

I'm an over the road truck driver and this comes in handy while I'm on the road. I also have two on my home tvs and love the savings over cable
