Received a broken remote

Purchased 4/30/15, I like the product but the remote only works for a minute and then stops working. The cover on the remote is broken.

Lets work on the remote

It's really great, I love the selection of entertainment but its slow - I don't like the way freezes plus the remote needs some working with, it's slow and it freezes even with a fresh change of batteries.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased my Roku Streqming Stick in April and have enjoyed using it every day, regardless of whether I am at home or on the road. I use CenturyLink's DSL service to drive SlingTV, Netflix, HBO and more to my 1080p monitor without issue. quite simply it is this cord-cutters dream.
I would recommend this to a friend!
