Great features!

Was given this as a gift! And love it...I play Pandora in the morning when I get ready for work and later come home and watch Netflix and Hulu to catch up on my shows. Then play music videos on Vevo while I work out!! Love my Roku stick!

I bought 2 Roku sticks to use on my TV's at a summer home that I have. I figured it would save me money. We had internet already installed so the set up and operation of the Roku sticks was super easy. We have enjoyed many of our favorite TV shows through subscriptions that we already had ie: Netflix and Amazon. We are also able to screen share from my smart phone with my Sling Box back home and stream all my premium channels to my TV 73 miles away. Pretty great, I must say. And just so you know, I'm not a young techie. I'm an old person who just reads directions!

Remote stop working

I've only had my roku for a couple of weeks and the remote control doesn't even work anymore I changed the batteries I tried to rest it. Nothing works. Then I downloaded the roku remote app which really is a inconvenience for someone who is always on the phone. You shouldn't have to put someone on hold just so you can find something on the roku

not sure how I feel

I very seldom use this because there is something wrong with the remote. I have to leave the back off and roll the batteries around several times for it to work. Also I am not sure what is free and what is not and just a sure as I want to watch something I will find a debit on my credit card. Not sure how I feel at this point. All I ever watch is netflix.....

I have not had it long enough for me to use it that much. I love being outdoors bug will enjoy it more when winter is upon us

My co-worker talked about Roku when I talked about my high cable bill. She continued to tell me to get rid of the cable and get a Roku. I finally listened to her, afraid my children would continuously complain. They love Roku and so do I. My 15 year old was able to set up the device on the television and I hear no complaints. We all get to watch the same television shows we watched when we had cable.

This does more than I thought it would. It also does screen mirroring along with all of the other functionality. It would seem to be one of the more use able devices.
