Buffering A Lot!

I am not sure why, but the streaming stick seems to buffer a lot. I even have the phone right next to the streaming stick. Doesn't seem to help. Instead I hook my computer or the phone directly the the TV via HDMI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the Roku stick. We use it for one of our televisions in the house that doesn't have a box. I just wish you guys could get Comcast/Xfinity app. That would make my stars be five instead of just 4. But I am very please, other than that.

Charger Problems

The stick works great but it came with a mini usb plug in that doesnt stay plugged in. This would be an easy fix but it needed to be about 5-6 feet and the one with the device was defective. So the pain in the butt to get it to work turned my off. The stick itself is nice and works great.

It works, but now I wish I had gotten the box instead. Sometimes I'm too fast for the stick to respond.

Better Than I Expected

I have been watching Naked News on my HTPC for almost a year. Ms Kat Curtis, on almost every show, informed her viewers NN could be viewed from Roku. So I bought a Roku and she is right - it's easier to view NN on my Roku than on my PC.
Independently, I had signed up for Amazon Prime Membership. Now, there's tons of movies and TV episodes I watch on Roku in the evening after Naked News.

Pain to set up. Can't do it via smartphone or tablet although it's advertised as such. Very easy to set up/verify via pc, which is anymore everyone's last option.
