Streaming stick not working so well

I bought this just over a month ago and am trying to return it to exchange for a regular Roku player - I already have 2 of the players which work very well. I cannot recommend the Stick, based on my experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I switched from Dish to ruko and am satisfied with the switch. The cost difference alone is awesome but the various options The stick provides makes it a personal convenients.

Easy to install. Easy to operate. I love it and it has a remote you don't have to use a devise to stream channels.

Remote needs improvement

The remote frequently loses contact with the stick and is unresponsive for long periods of time, e.g. several minutes. Changing positions within the room makes no difference.

The first one I purchased was defective and had to return. We purchased two more, one for my hasband and one for me. So glad we went with ROKU, easy to install. Great product.
