Love Roku, but not the stick

While I love Roku, the stick remote is ridiculous. It constantly stops working, and you have to either use the mobile app, or keep resetting the remote and pairing it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remote to stick communication sucks!!!

Remote to stick communication does not work as well as the remote to box communitcation. Because the stick is connected behind the TV; mine is connected behind the side of the TV & it is very hard for the remote to communicate with the stick. You also have to have enough clearance between the wall and TV if your TV is placed on a wall. I could not use the Roku stick on one of my TV's because there was not enough clearance. Over all the Roku box is much better, thus both need power to work. With the stick you still have a power cable showing which I was not aware of. Over all the Roku box wins with my review I would not recommend the Roku stick.

I had seen the Roku commercials form the Bostonites, but was turned off by them, but I wanted to change the cost of cable so I took the chance and I am very pleased I did. Lots of options. I watch movie content more than shows. Would like to se more anime choices, as well as, Korean and Japanese movies both action and horror. My daughter purchased the Roku 3 recently, so yes we are a Roku Family now. I hope your Company doesn't become like Cable and get so greedy you screw it all up.

Love it! I have an off brand streamer and the Roku is so much easier and stream lined. Anyone can set up too, super easy.

I had to shut it off, my internet service did not have enough gb's, to stream ,so I will be giving to my son, but he says it works wonderful
