The unit is small enough to nestle behind the TV; I used a right-angle HDMI connector so it will fit flat. The menu structure is clear and easy to navigate. We're already enjoying different programs!

Had to exchange it once had some issues with the other one like freezing don't like to go through every channel to see what I want. But its cheaper then cable.

Setting the Roku up was easy except the requirement for a cc number which I refuse to do. Was able to bypass that with the help of a service rep. Have had no issues with the streaming stick.
