Sorry this isn't working for me as the stick is too long for the slot it is supposed to go into as the tv has a curve to it & causes the stick to not fit perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick and Easy

Purchased the streaming stick...was so small I was skeptical. After using it for a month I am thoroughly impressed. The device plugs into the side of my TV out of sight and the installation was quick and easy. Could not be happier

Good but directions for set up were poor

The ROKU is working all right but the directions for set up were not clear about changing the television for reception by ROKU and not cable. Also, the channel changer has a problem with the fit of batteries which I have to fiddle with in order to use it. I do like the material I can access using ROKU.

The remote is lazy. It rarely works even though it has fresh batteries. It makes no sense that I push buttons but nothing happens for several minutes, then it's a delayed reaction and it goes through all the buttons I pushed and I have to wait for it to stop so I can get to the movie I want to watch.
That doesn't guarantee it's gonna work because it works for a minute then it goes back to this delayed reaction mess or just quits on me.
The stick is plugged into an outlet so it's not like the thing needs a minute to wake up but I still give it a minute to wake up before I start pressing buttons and I've had to re-pair the remote several times and unplug the power to the stick to get it to work.
My Amazon Fire box never has a delay with the remote. It's just right. The only reason I got a Roku is due to not having Flixster anymore, it no longer works with Amazon but I have a lot of movies with them and Vudu so I had to get a Roku.
Remotes have been around for how long and y'all haven't gotten it right yet, what's the deal?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using the Roku stick was the best choice and inexpensive. I am able to get the same channels has I bought the box
