Terrible wifi connection

This item was a remanufactured and I could not get a strong wifi signal like I can with my roku 3. I returned the item

Poor. Not sure why it will work while I am chatting with support & within 2 hrs the stick isn't able to get a signal until I am back online with support

This is my second one I have 2! Love the convenience! And did not have to do a lot to start using it! Netflix love it!

I bought 4 of these about 2 months ago so i could get rid of dish. I still have excess to many channels and it convince of them in one screen instead of having to go to several different website like netflix, hulu, and cbs. Great product and would biy again.
