Roku Stick

We have a Roku 3 and I bought the stick as well for a second tv. I am not as happy with it. It seems like I spend a lot of time resetting it because it hangs when loading. It doesn't process as fast as the 3 but it workable. Wish I had just gone ahead and bought another 3 but the stick was all that was available in my area without waiting to order online.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product

I installed two. I had to buy a new router to get the signal to them. One still gets a good signal, but the Verizon Quantum router does not send a steady signal to the Stick that is only 40 feet away. Sometimes it works well, other times it fades in and out. I may have to get an extender. When they get a good signal they work very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stick works well but remote control...

We thoroughly enjoy our streaming stick and were happy that it came with a remote. Unfortunately, the remote stops working after while and you have to reconnect/re-pair it with the stick, which can become annoying.

Cheaper than cable!!

I bought the roku streaming stick about a month ago. I like it so far I just wish there were more free channels and that I could at least get a free news station. But still better than cable.

good for kids room

I have the Roku 3. The stick is slower. There is a 3-5 second delay between when you push a button and when the action is performed. Other than that it's a nice product and good price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
