The remote does not work 90% of the time

I bought this about a month ago and the remote never works. I hav to use the app on my phone to control the stick.

Love the video... Remote does not always work

I have had the Roku for about a month and love it when it works. For whatever reason, the remote stops working. I have changed batteries three times with no luck. The remote will work for an hour or so, then just stops working. Then it may work the next time for a while, and sometimes, like now, does not work at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked for about a month then stopped loading all the apps then says that the connection timed out from trying to load for so long

Great low price Roku option!!

I have a roku 3 but wanted another one for the TV in the kitch and dining room. I decided to give the roku stick a shot because of the price. I have to say its really great!! The only difference i notice is the loading time of the apps and the response of the remote, when the roku first starts up. But content loads just as quickly, and I would highly recommend it!!!

Awesome Product (When it works)

This is a great streaming stick. It loads almost always seamlessly, and outperforms the streaming capabilities of blu-ray players and every game-centered (PS3, etc) I've ever used. It is so great I have gotten my family and friends to buy them for themselves. With that said, about every six months, the remote stops working. I've gone through the forums and done everything- re-sync, change the batteries, BUT the only thing that works is a hard reset of my entire system. Which sucks.

Wonderful addition to TV

I bought the stick so I could get Netflix on my TV. Now I can cancel my dish! I love it and I can move it to different TV's
