Remote is lacking

I bought a Roku streaming stick by signing up for 3 months of Sling TV. I am happy with my Roku, however the remote is erratic, sometimes not working at all and sometimes hanging up and keeps going after I release the button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought it 5 weeks ago, and the remote is terrible; the interface only responds intermittently, and often freezes for 5-10 seconds. My Chromecast plays HD video smoothly while the Roku stutters and pauses during delivery of 480p content, even when it's the same episode from the same source (e.g., HuluPlus). Gravely disappointed, here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to set up, fast access to my programming, powered by the USB port on my TV. I can operate by the Roku Stick with my mobile devices. Picture quality is awesome full HD!

I LOVE IT....:)..easy to use and has so many of my shows with Hulu and Netflix ...waiting for Fear the Walking Dead and Walking Dead and Salem...

Would give 5 stars but with it being summer and not playing with the roku as much as I will during winter. So far so good wish it had KET tv other than that we like it

Great when the remote actually works

I love RoKu, but unfortunately my RoKu Stick remote constantly stops working. In order to get it to work again I have to remove and replace the batteries or jiggle them around. I never have this problem with my Roku 3. It's extremely annoying.
