This thing is bad quality! The remote hardly works, and the roku itself is not good quality.

Keys on remote that should be programable

Stick version works well, a bit of a delay getting channels started, but streams fine. The four keys on the remote are a joke, half of them go to content that not longer exists. This problem could easily be resolved by allowing a user to change the function or disable the keys but for some reason Roku has chosen not to do this and make the device better for its users.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having difficulty with remote controller. The connection with the battery is not great. Also having trouble connecting with acorn from iPad perchase

I would have given 5 stars, but it's almost too slow and sometimes the remote stops working (not as much since they sent me a free HDMI extension cable though... Amazing what a difference a 1.5" cable can make).
I enjoy it very much and have recommended it to family and friends.

It works very well except for if you don't use it for awhile , you have to unplug it and restart it . Other than that , it works very well for me.

Have it for about 2 months - it seems to be too costly? I only signed up for CBS
