Serviceable but hoped for better

I enjoy want Roku provides but the remote is a bit of a bother.

Get a regular Roku!

WE have two other Roku's and this one is a pain! Constantly have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work, then it takes a while to recognize the wifi etc...I should have spent the money and gotten the tv with the Roku built in, maybe that would work better. Whichever way you go, skip the stick!

the charger wouldnt even work

i bought it about a month ago and as soon as i tried to use it i found out that the charger wouldnt even work.

If it only stay connected

I return my unit this evening after various attempts to make it work. I tried resetting it over and over again is simply would not work. I can hear the sound but only a purple screen display on my TV my daughter just want to watch a cartoon. It does have its advantages over cable but it would definitely help at the thing actually work.

Great streaming product, terrible remote

I like my Roku streaming stick a lot. It was easy to set up, there are lots of good channels to download. But the remote is terrible. It needs to be reset every other day (sometimes more) and goes thru so many batteries. The Riku remote app works like a charm, but I would prefer the remote itself work so it wasn't another thing I need my phone for.

I bought this Roku streaming stick/remote about a month ago and it does not work any more.I had a number of problems with the remote and I now can not get it to work again. I changed the battery in the remote and reset the the streaming stick and the remote and nothing helped.

I am a older guy and I was looking for a way to supplement my tv cable selection. I tried another stick but I returned it. It was too hard to use. I exchanged tht stick and purchased. the Roku it was easy to set up and the Roku stick delivered everything it promised.
I would recommend this to a friend!
