Super easy

Cousin told me about it because she loves it so my husband and I bought one. We love it; super easy to use. Only gripe is that the remote sometimes lags. Other than that I definitely recommend this product. Bought one for my parents as well.

This is my second Roku. I have an older, slightly bulkier version in my living room and wanted one for my bedroom as well. This one is considerably smaller and works great! I never watch cable anymore and am considering getting rid of it altogether.

Purchased a month ago after previously owning an Apple TV, so much cheaper with same features. Most use Netflix, Hulu Plus, Pandora.

Product failed after one month - vendor exchanged

Remote failed after one month. On-line chat did not resolve problem. Opened ticket with Roku to try to purchase replacement remote. Vendor was willing to exchange.
