Love the channels available

I have really enjoyed my Roku stick, but I couldn't put it on the television I wanted to use it on, because that TV is attached to the wall and the Roku stick sticks out to far to fit. I do enjoy all the programs that are available, so I guess I'll be buying a box for my TV in the living room.

Great alternative to cable television.

I bought Roku in August to use at a lake cabin were cable and internet services are expensive, and over-the-air reception is not an option. I'm delighted with the picture quality and the wide variety of viewing options. Also, I like the ability to use it on a television at home that isn't on a cable box. It's small enough to take it with me anywhere.

Remote Disconnecte and does not reconnect.

Returned Roku twice now and the remote seems to have a problem syncing with the streaming stick.
Once you watch one programme you are unable to watch another as the remote times out.
The only way to refresh this is taking the batteries out and putting new in.
Gave up with the refund.
Ive lost trust in the value of this brand because of this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
