Major issues with consistency.

Bought this a couple of months ago, almost immediately the remote stopped working. Luckily, a friend of mine warned me that hers did the same and recommended downloading the app. Issues staying connected to my wireless connection and the stick home screen freezing. I'll be looking into Amazon Fire stick or Apple TV.

I received this for free for signing up with Sling TV service but I wish I wasn't so cheap and got a better quality item myself. I have amazing connection at home, but somehow the stick has "low-signal" and causes distorted picture quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great most of the time

The Roku in my living room works great, but my Roku stick in my bedroom is continuously going in and out. The problsm is that I can't tell if it's my roku stick or my internet that's messing up. I upgraded my internet to 20 Mbps, but I'm still having the same problem with it which is why I'm unsure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I m terrible sorry but this item is not exactly very good... I have had to reset the remote to the TV so many times its pathetic...I do not know if this device is meant for a large TV or a lab top or smaller TV but if it won't stay connected to the device you gave me to plug in to the back of TV then what purpose does it do...because I can't change to another movie or pause for any kinda time if I want to read the caption and decide to change to another movie or check for different movies the remote will not let me without pulling the stick from the back of the TV and re-connecting again and pushing the button inside the remote.............totally Ridiculous not worth the money at all...so because I couldn't find the receipt I m stuck with this item...so purchased another one but its sits in front of my TV like my first one and I do not have a problem anymore.

Easy to use

I have had my Roku stick for 2 months and am very happy with it's ease of set up and use.Amazed with the performance and functionality. I have purchased a second to add to another TV in my home. Great product!

Too much work

I bought it for more than Chromecast because I thought it would be better. Too much work to install, run and pay for all the movies and features. Purchased Chromecast a week later and love it, all the stuff if free and I just turn it on on my ipad or iphone and it is on my tv.
