This is my 4th Roku device. I have a Roku 3 on my living room TV, one on my office TV, one in my vacation home and now the stick on my bedroom TV. Can you tell I love the Roku? It brings my premium channels and Amazon movies to me wherever I am.

Better value than Apple TV!

I love everything Apple, but I couldn't rationalize paying that much for a device that doesn't offer as many channels. I love my Roku! No complaints at all. It has everything I need-streaming HBOGO, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, YouTube, Vevo, and many more! Incredibly easy to set up as well!

love roku HATE the remote!

Only thing wrong is the remote seems to "stick" when scrolling and I have to click it a few times to stop it and of course then it does it going the other direction. Very frustrating. Will not be recommending this to anyone. Would give this 4-5 stars but the remote SUCKS!

Slow and freezes. Remote poor reception.

I own a Roku 3 and so thought the stick would be great. Not the case. Constantly freezes. Remote barely works and when it does the buttons usually stick. When using remote app for iOS, the stick becomes unresponsive. Do not buy the stick. The Roku 2 now has same processor as my Roku 3, save you're money and spend the money on Roku 2 or 3. You'll love it. If you buy the stick you're just gonna end up returning and thinking all rokus are that bad.

I have had it for over a month and I am very happy with it to the point where I had to drop my cable TV and install over the roof TV antenna for local channels. Total saving 116.00 dollars a month.

Great Bargain!

I've been using my Roku Stick for about six weeks now, and for the most part I'm very satisfied. It's small, convenient and seems to do most of the same things that the Roku 3 does. It's also great to be able to plug it directly into my television and then power it through the USB port, so I never have to worry about it running if my television is off. So far it has really proved its worth in streaming shows and music directly through my television. The only downside is that the response time is a bit slow when going through the menus or changing to a different channel, especially when compared to the Roku 3 (I could really notice this when using SlingTV and Filmon); however, the trade-off in price is well worth it. All in all if you're looking to get a streaming device on a budget and don't need any gaming abilities or a headphone jack, I would definitely recommend this stick.
