horrible remote controls

love the device. but, i have 2 and both have issues with remote control. have to take batterys out and put back in. about every couple of hours if not in use. Everything else is fine. love it.. battery thing. dumb.

Slow, especially when you have a Roku 3 Box

I bought my Roku stick a month ago after already purchasing the Roku 3 box for my main television. With already having the Roku 3 box the stick is extremely slow and frustrating when you are trying to type in your information or when the box initially starts up. It is also slow when navigating within an app. I would recommend individuals stick with the Roku 3 box and not the stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roku stick

We bought the Roku stick back in February. So far we really like all the options and apps that are on it. We are saving lots of money since this is our only form of t.v entertainment. Instead of paying for cable and internet we just pay for internet and stream Netflicks. We also really enjoy Vevo which is a free music video channel. Our only con for this product is that I have had to restart it a few times for some odd reason and that is a hassle because I have re login all over again which can take a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't get enough of my roku stick. It fucntions just as it should as long as the control and the power cord doesn't fail. I've had my stick for less then a year and it's control is no longer working and the power cord is not connecting properly and constantly disrupting the signal.

Decent selection of apps

I've had it about 3 weeks and I like it.
What I don't like is that I constantly have to re source the remote. That's a BIG pain in the neck.

Good selections

I have had this for three weeks and am enjoying selections I am interested in. I have found that I am not the only Roku user who has a problematic remote. Also, there is sometimes too much time spent retrieving the selections for viewing. I have been told that is probably the fault of the internet service. All in all, I am happy to have available movies and programs that interest me.

Got rid of my Direct TV and bought a Roku Streaming Stick. We are thrill to death with this product. So much to watch, I am sure we haven't even found all of the channels. Plus, I love the money I'm saving.
