Get Rid Of Cable!!!

My family loves Roku!! I've told my friends and family about it and now they are getting rid of cable. Also buy a Hd Antenna!! Great for football games!!

Compact and Easy to Use

I don't have cable and love that Roku provides all the apps/channels, like Netflix and Hulu, I need to watch my favorite shows and moves. The Roku Stick is cheap, compact, really easy to use, and I'm totally happy with it.

Went OTA and ROKU and cut the cable. Was apprehensive my selection and viewing variety would be limited. With THE STICK we are blown away with the limitless App section. We were going to give a couple of months for transition time from cable to OTA and ROKU. After the first week we knew we had made a prudent decision

Best thing since sliced bread! I can't believe I waited so long to get it. It streams my paid accounts like Hulu and Sling plus movie rentals! Tons of different options and channels available. So awesome!

Easy to use!

Bought my stick several weeks ago and am so happy that I did. It is easy to navigate to and add additional channels, though at some points, the number of channels are overwhelming. I do like that they preloaded some of the most commonly used channels, as it made it easy to start watching stuff immediately.
I like that the Roku is always "on" in the background, and it takes only seconds for it to warm up once I switch to feed on my tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku Review

I bought this about 1 month ago and though options and use is ok, the controller constantly seems to time out sometimes while in use. So I have to constantly take the batteries out and replace them back in. Other times it can go hours and not time out.
Would also like if it would easily allow for internet access.

This was bought specifically to replace my cable box, and it did just that. It has little problem streaming from the different channels, including large files from my home server. It got 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it can be sluggish at times, and every once in a while it channels will lock up and needs to be reset. Beyond that, it's pretty awesome.
