Improved features over older models

This is the 2nd roku player I own. I love both and would recommend them to anyone not looking to spend big money on cable services.

HDMI is loose/AC cable pull snaps HDMI in half!!!!

Allows stations That are worth watching

I bought 5 months ago and just set it up two weeks ago. It freezes a lot and I have to reset the it often. It gives me stations that I prefer to watch though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my Roku stick about a month ago and I am very satisfied with it. The channels are great and the streaming is very smooth. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this device a month ago and there are pros and cons:
Pros : Nice selection of channels to add. Simple to connect to wifi and operate

Cons: I have hdmi cec running that enables me to power down all of my devices from a single device. This device does not power off. Its just on all the time and because its on, it turns on devices that were turned off. The other issue I have with it is that the channels all show as free even though the services are not free. Please just remove the cost property as it gives at best no information and at worst false information

We were gifted this 6 weeks ago when we moved into our new house. And we have loved it since. I use it all the time to listen to music and watch Netflix. The only thing is the remote goes on and out of working, we've even switched the batteries. But found out we can use the app on our phone as a remote. Very cool.
