Great value and really delivers!

I've had my Roko Stick for a couple of months now and I am so pleased with it. I love that there is no box and it turns off when I turn off my TV. It offers so much, I wonder why I didn't get a new streamer earlier.

We love it except for...

We liked our older ROKU device, but when I spilled coffee on the remote and fried it we got the ROKU stick. We love it. It is much more user friendly, and it is much easier to switch between users. My only complaint is with the remote - it sometimes locks up, and the only way to unlock it is to loosen the batteries. Otherwise, we like the ROKU stick.

Generally satisfied but some aggravating glitches

I have two of these; they meet my expectations 95% of the time but, every once in a while, the remotes stop working and I have to remove batteries to get them working again. Also, occasionally have problems with Netflix, which I am assuming is a Netflix problem and not a Roku problem. It still amazes me that I can access all of this content through a little stick plugged into the back of my TV.

No problem setting it up. Got it for ESPN during football season because I have sling. Looks like most TV is old and I don't watch movies so can't speak to that. Some buffering but not real bad.

Doesn't skip - easier to find programs

I had an Apple TV that stuttered on all my shows. On the Roku? Never. Also - the ability to easily download apps was something the Apple TV was also lacking. The Rokue UI could definitely get a thousand times better - but this is one case where I'm appreciative of how well it works even if it's not the prettiest. And the remote is a good size - I don't feel that I'm going to lose it like I lose the Apple Remote.
