Great for a flat screen mounted on a wall

Needs a USB or wall power source, if your TV has USB right next to HDMI then it works out great. Perfect for someone who has a mounted TV and wants the wireless look.

This streaming stick is great! The flexibility to bring from tv to motel is wonderful. The features make roku user friendly and easy more someone maybe technologically challenged. I am a loyal roku customer and have bought their products before the stick. I highly recommend the purchase of this stick, you will be glad you did!

Awesome Size..Reboots too much..

I bought the Roku Stick for my parents Lake house. I've got it directly connected to their HDMI port, and powered externally. Menu system works much like the standard Roku boxes. My concern is that this device seems to reboot/restart too often. I may get 45 min to an hour, then restart. After it restarts I have to go back through the menu to restart my show/movie. I'll be replacing this stick with a regular Roku stb.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worked for a month and now having trouble with it

I bought this a month ago and now it will only work periodically. most of the time it just has the roku on screen so I change batteries in control. I reset every time now and it will work on and off. the ease at first was great so don't know how to rate below

The channel choices are incredible. The set up was a lengthy process but fun. Sadly I had some trouble on the the shows loading after the first several days. Then it got better again about a week later. It did not seem to be connected to my internet service as the signal was described as being very good. Overall I love if & I should have bought it sooner.

When it's working it is great. More often than not I have a difficult time connecting. The last time I checked into Roku support and had to reboot the device, the modem and router..
