Great alternative to satellite

I purchased roku a month ago and find it easy to use and it offers a good amount of selections. It is easy to use and for me it was a great choice since I can't afford satellite television right now. It offers as much as other satellite providers for channels but cheaper. I would like to see roku allow more than one device to stream at the same time. That would be a great enhancement.

Problems with remote

Worked fine a few times then it seemed like the batteries died put in new ones and it worked for awhile and did same thing-recommended when remote works
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this to use with Sling TV and it works great and condenses all the ways to use all my other tv streaming like Netflix and Hulu and easy to access Pandora.

It only took a few minutes to set up the ROKU and get it running. It is easy to add channels from the ROKU or on the website. Everything was easy and simple.
The only complaint I have is the remote. It takes time to connect and sometimes does not work. That said, there is the APP from the tablet that works great and connects right away.
As for everything else I really enjoy the experience and so does my family.
I would recommend this to a friend!
