I like it. The App works 1000X's better than than the remote. My remote is useless. NetFlix off out of Roku works better than in ROKU. ROKU has streaming problems. Google has problems, Apple has problems, my isp has problems, I am disabled, somebody needs to fix their own problems rather than they end up here.

An Awesome Alternative To Cable/Satellite TV!

I purchased my ROKU for a TV house that was not hooked up to cable. But when I found very entertaining shows that were not offered on cable, I found myself moving the ROKU around the house to other TV's just so I could watch them. And I would highly recommend it, there is something for the whole family to enjoy!

We constantly have trouble with the product.. It does not operate as well as our Roku3. There is always a delay when trying to find a show or even select the channel. It seems to freeze up quite a bit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love, love this product! It was a gift from my daughter more than a year ago & I don't know how I managed before. My only complaint is that I'm not able to cut out the satellite service completely. Some shows I watch often like HGTV, TCM, HBO, etc. require a subscription; however, I'm hopeful that one day these shows & other movie stations will be available in the future like Showtime is now. I'm a senior citizen & not at all tech savy, but this product was very easy even for me to install. I highly recommend this streaming stick & you can't beat the price/value.

We love our roku...

But we don't love the remote. We just bought it a month ago and already the remote is acting wonky. We tried changing out the batteries to new ones but it frequently stops working. The remote will die and we have to take out the batteries and put them back in for the roku to start working again. Other than that, we love our new selection that the roku offers us.

This Roku stick was the best purchase I've ever made. The programming on TV has gotten out of control with the gaps between filming. Now I can watch whatever I want whenever I want. I'ts very east to use. The installation was a breeze. and the selection of free programming with Roku is unsurpassed. I carefully researched all of the options out there before I purchased my roku stick. I take it with me when we travel. It's the best.
