remote control stopped working

This unit requires a lot better wi-fi signal than the larger set top units. The remote stopped working at day 100 on a 90 day waranty

Way cheaper than cable or satellite.,

Cable wasn't an option and satellite makes you pay for so much that you don't want or need. Streaming sometimes is interrupted or slow to load. Lack of live sports and local channels is missed. Otherwise, there's plenty of available content.

I have several ROKU,But the one I recently purchase stop working.I fail to keep my receipt.It worked fine for about two week.Then stop,as if the remote not communicating with the device.This is the first time.I have experience this with a ROKU.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku saves me a lot of money since I don't really care to watch cable TV all that much anymore!! Only downfall is you can't watch live events such as award shows, or sporting games.

Refurbished Remote Not Working Properly

Bought a refurbished streaming stick and it works well with the exception of the remote. The right scroll button scrolls right but also randomly scrolls down which makes using the remote very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had one hiccup I did not realize the stick had to be inserted directly into the TV but I chatted with tech support and the fixed it. I love all the channels available.
