I love this roku stick. We use it in the bedroom on the tv in there and it works like a charm! Definitely a must have!

Makes a plain flat screen a smart tv

Don't waste your money on purchasing a brand new TV when you can change your old flat screen TV into a smart TV because Roku has all of the same capabilities

A No Go

I bought this Roku Stick about 6 weeks ago. It stopped working about 4 weeks ago, and I've just been too busy working to take time out to return it. I gave it one star because I couldn't give it none. To be fair to Roku, I have Roku 2 and it works perfectly and is a great product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stick is easy to use, and small so takes up no space but doesn't seem to work as well as my Roku box 1 or 2 model.

Great... for the first few days.

Bought this a while ago, finally started to use it. Was great at first. Now, it seems to time out a lot and require frequent reboots just to get Netflix to stream. It's not a Netflix issue because I can watch everywhere else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is missing an on/off button for the TV and a re-set button for the Roku. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Roku is Awesome

I bought the Roku stick when I moved into my first apartment to cut the cost of cable and etc. I enjoy all of the features of the Roku stick, especially being able to use my smartphone as a remote. The handheld remote often gives me problems, so the remote app is amazing.
