Wonderful alternative to cable subscription

I love the fact that the variety is of my own choosing. So I am getting my money's worth. I am no longer married to cable tv where I was paying for a product I wasn't happy with.

Huge Roku3 fan, Streaming Stick (not so much)

I have 4 Roku3's in use daily... it provides 75% of our TV watching. I bought 2 streaming sticks for my kids... both have slow and buggy since day 1. I have since replaced both with Roku3's and the streaming sticks occupy the bottom of my parts drawer as freebies for friends to try out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought mine about 2 months ago works fine the price was cheap enough , but the new Apple tv is coming out I will try it out too ,

Was very unhappy

Totally unhappy with ROKU Stick and returned it three days later! HBOGo streaming kept buffering and freezing. Could not even watch one episode of Game of Thrones, totally disappointed! Will be waiting for release of new AppleTV!

I don't use this a lot because it loads so slowly. I bought it for a bedroom TV, thinking it wouldn't matter if it was a bit slower than the regular Roku. Well, it's a LOT slower. Our internet connection isn't all that slow, everything else loads okay.
