stops working a LOT

I bought the Stick in August. It overheats then stops functioning. I spent HOURS on the ROKU HelpLine. They mailed me a new one ... four days later. No ROKU just days after purchase. Not happy. It mostly works now ... mostly.
My LT and XD ROKUs work just fine, tho.

I bought the Roku stick after loving the Roku 2, but with the stick the system keeps freezing and the remote continuously un-syncs so it's rather frustrating. But when it is working properly I love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easier to use then the Chrome unit we had!

We had a Chrome unit for a while and returned it to the store. The main problem with the Chrome (for us) was the fact that a lot of the directing leads you back to Google which we don't use for the most part. The Roku handles the shows and games that we desire without all the fuss. Excellent product!
