Great product, but it has its problems.

I bought this a month ago and Im having a wonderfull experience, but It has some problems like It gets very warm while using, it has some connection problems sometimes when you change it to another tv (it doesnt appear) and it has also its zooming problems with the tv. But above all, is a great product... You need to have a little pacient with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased a 2nd player for our 'smart' TV. Find less issues and more reliable access to Netflix. Love both my Roku's

A good overall experience!

The first Roku stick I had came with some problems. It kept disconnecting the remote from the stick. Therefore, I had to re-initialized everything from the beginning. After 3 calls to technical support I told them I wanted it replace. No problem. They sent to me a new one. I had to send the old one back. End of the story. Since then we have been happily enjoying our new Roku stick without any other problems. Excellent customer service. They stand by their products.

I bought this and like it, BUT, it is much harder to set up than the little directions sheet that comes with it says. I had to call support and have him work me through it. The guy was most helpful and once he told me what to do it was fine. Maybe someone more tech smarts would have had no problem. Make sure you sign up for an account with Roku before you start.

Well I bought this not paying attention to the back of my TV where the ports were located. I had to purchase an adapter extention to make it fit since the stick would not fit properly. If you could possibly design it better to fit in any direction or have an adapter come with it.
