Slow and loses connection

I bought this a few months ago and have had many connection issues. I upgraded my internet and router to try and fix this. It had not worked. The remote is basically worthless, make sure to have a smartphone handy

Love the apps

I have everything in one place. I subscribe to Sling, Netflix and Hulu. I have Amazon tv show purchases and I have all my music on the Roku.

It seems at times that it does not click to TV when I want it too or it is just too slow and I get impatient.

I have both the second Roku box, as well as a few ROKU Streaming Sticks in various locations. I was not always pleased with traditional cable television; the reason was that I always wished to select what I wanted to watch and not only have the option provided through the network. I find that ROKU, and the channels that are available through the service, serves selections more suitable for my taste. I do enjoy the ROKU Streaming stick more than I do the box; I enjoy all that it offers. I do find that the remote often has a bit of a glitch, in that it does not always function properly; however, that is a minor random event which does not take away from my overall satisfaction with the ROKU Streaming Stick.
